And not everyone here was always in the choir - most ppl here are highly intelligent, open minded individuals and have come to their own conclusions.
The fact that, apart from you, there are very few dissenting voices, speaks volumes abt the quality of the info here.

Actually, it highlights the echo chamber nature of this forum. But many political forums are the same, left or right, it seems the more natural course as most people prefer confirmation to challenge and enlightenment.

Ideology is confirmed until there is other information that is credible, intriguing, and not just an anecdotal case. A person needs several exposures to information that has those characteristics to change their view. Do most posters here tilt right? I think so, just as most posters on Politico, or worse Huffpoo, or Wapoo or the NYT tilt, or mouth foam to the left. While Iâve never visited Breitbart, or infowars, or Q Anon, I would guess they are similar.
Lorne Michaels (the man behind SNL) was asked in an interview why SNL almost never skewers the left/Dems, - he said that liberals tend to take any criticism of anything or anyone on the left very personally. That is the biggest difference.
Outside of some very dark little precincts, almost no one on the right believes in anything but equal rights, equal opportunity, and equal justice. When they see a cop facing murder charges for shooting a perp who took his tazer and fired it at him- they donât see equal justice- they see mobs being catered to with a âsacrificeâ of a cop.
SJW types speak of âWhite privilegeâ and âinstitutionalized racismâ and âCritical Race Theoryâ which holds you are racist if you are White⌠âWhite supremacyâ is the boogeyman the left uses to excoriate Whites in general, and silence any question of the narrative. Interestingly, the numbers of Whites who secretly view Blacks as inferior, unreasoning, violent creatures has likely increased following the rioting.
