I think you were off mark here. If Jefferson were alive today he would probably say that we need to do a little bit more then heading to the voting booth to vote for someone who has the authority to shut all of this down, but refuses to.
Don’t get me wrong, I am a Trump supporter and I do plan on voting for Trump but his inaction here, as well as the inaction of all Republicans, does not look favorable. It’s a sign of weakness.

Trump is one man, and thus as President he takes all blame. The ire should be raised against the Koch brother’s establishment republicans for being complicit n attending the same social country club of their Marxist Neo Democratic Colleagues. Voting is not enough especially when a majority of so called conservatives have resorted to indifference and giving in to apathy. Where are the community Organizers for the conservative side?

Although if Republicans had across the board come out in unison and denounced this total anarchy in our cities then maybe that would have been enough to give people the courage to start speaking up. Right now, if someone speaks up publicly about this then they could expect to lose their job and face constant public harassment. We elect people to lead, not to follow an angry mob.
It would nice if the Senate and DOJ would hurry, and bust these people, and Trump already warned the leftist mobs and their benefactors/supporters, he would use the insurrection powers if necessary.

Here is another article, which is a quick but is more to the point of what is happening in the arena of free speech. I don’t know if you heard this story yet of the NO football player QB Drews Brees who earlier made a statement about not agreeing with those who disrespect the flag and National anthem. On social media, one of his teammates called him out on it, and he immediately apologized for making that statement. Drew Brees wasn’t wrong, but when Trump tweeted to call him out on it in suggesting that he should never apologize, his wife then doubled down and apologized even more. Its disgusting to see such cowardice and pandering by not only white people but by corporate scumbags as well!
Anyway, this article better articulates what I am driving at better than I can here, and is worth a moment to ponder what is really going on in the broader picture of things when it comes to the fake narratives being forced and motives both in the US and in the world.

I think you’re right. At first I was wondering why Trump wasn’t cracking down but then once he started to, and I saw the backlash you received, I thought to myself… ya know what it’s better to let them look like they are not in control of their cities and states. Now because Trump won’t take the bait they are stuck between a rock and a hard place. If they crack down on the rioters they will lose all the political capital that they have been building up with these far left extremists and get voted out of office. If they don’t crack down on them, the rest of this citizens of their state are going to get so fed up with them and vote them out of office. I feel bad for the decent and hard-working people that have to live in these areas but their own elected officials are to blame for not putting an end to this.
