Any way you spell it he’s responsible for the man’s death and he was essentially killed by slow suffocation, a horrible, agonizing death.

I don’t excuse the officers actions, but I do question the cause of death. Even the current autopsy report doesn’t say the cause of death by suffocation, as it ruled it a Homicide indicating that the stress cause by the officers actions is what triggered his heart failure.
My point is, this officer is entitled to a fair trial and not one pressured by public opinion to sway the scales of justice to appease the mob or a particular group of grievance industry hucksters.
