Yet, a greater high five goes to the people around me who pull together to make things happen.
I admire and respect each person on my (our) team. Each has their own individual talents.
A great and successful business is built upon listening.
Each and every one of my employees knows that should someone abuse them I will personally call that person and tell them they are off of my client list and to never seek our business until my people are treated with respect. I back them up. I have their backs and they know it.
Because I have done it.
This is how I feel about this country. We have laws. We have boundaries. They need to be held. They need to be enforced. Respect has to be earned.

More women ran for office⌠more women won primaries. More people wanted democrat policies and more women, than in the past, happened to be in the position to be elected to the house.
