Medicade doesn’t need to be cut… it just needs to be cleaned out of all non citizen recipients.
I don’t like that it basically extends the deficit spending. I suppose it has to start somewhere, but I would much rather see individual Bills instead of these stuffed full of ‘other things’ Bills.
Bills like this are political tools to accuse others of voting against something in the Bill that is advantageous for the country, when most likely they are voting against one or more of the add ons in the Bill.

We disagree on Medicaid cuts , I’m against sex change operations at taxpayer expense . No more taxi rides to drug clinics . A end to multiple ER visits for hangnails etc . dumbing the 1.6 million illegals on the “program” ! No more child gender mutilations . Why does Medicaid pay rent , groceries , and provide cash ?

Medicaid should provide healthcare for very low income AMERICAN CITIZENS , the truly disabled . We don’t need to pay for rent , taxi rides ,groceries , sex changes , child gender mutilations , ER visits for bs . There are 1000"s of “PROGRAMS” that address those needs .
We have far too many low income housing programs , We have millions of soup kitchens , low fare bus and subway rides most free to low income and disable . Our SNAP program has gotten outrageous , we see recipients buy steaks , lobster , candy , pop , etc .
Years ago it was government cheese , spam , powdered milk etc. When they can buy MORE than the common working stiff it’s a major PROBLEM that has to be corrected .
This bill is not perfect by any stretch, but as the saying goes you have to spend money to make money so I am in a wait and see kind of mode. Adding to the debt is not a popular decision but according to Trumps economic team the debt will be addressed with other tools such as US Coin and Tariffs.
