If us Citizens don’t agree with the (New Way Forward Act) taxes rule. We should move forward by Allowing the Government to deduct taxes from immigrants coming back to the US as a way of paying for their inadmissibility instead of keeping them out permanently. This should cover cover their own Return Ticket and flight expenses.
