The house is apportioned by population allowing the heavily populated areas more representation.
The senate allows every a voice.
Kind of nice that the states with less population can be equally represented in at least 1 house.

As proven every day, there is much to distrust in the cesspool cities. Upside is you donât need a bathroom, any sidewalks will do.
Lord knows that cities should dictate how we farm and raise livestock as the people there are so knowledgeable on such topics.
I wonder if yâall understand that we have a Republic, not, repeat, NOT a Democracy
That distinction is lost on many if not most today.
The Dems have loved the Electoral College, and the Senate- when the Dems had the White house and the Senate. Now that the GOP has both, the Electoral College is a foolish anachronism that allows states with rural populations to actually count for something instead of their citizens becoming second class Americans.
As to the Senate, there is a similar theme - lightly populated states have full representation, preventing states like NY and CA from dictating. The Democrats want complete and unfettered power; they are more than willing to ruin the country to achieve it. Just look at the stunt they pulled with Kavanaugh, their desire to render the SCOTUS a rubber stamp through fiat expansion until they regain the majority, and their hatred of the Electoral College. That would be enough, but also consider their desire to legalize 10 - 30 million âundocumentedâ aliens, how they fight to keep Trump from building any sort of effective deterrent to mass migration, how many of them have called the US Constitution a âquaint document in need of revisionâ. One last bit - you know how Ill, NJ, CA, and several other Dem states are going bankrupt due to unfunded pension liabilities? - the Dems have openly said they will âfix the pension messâ - can you guess how? It certainly wonât be through austerity-that doesnât get votes.
Democrats now seem fully committed to burning the country down in order to rebuild it in their image with them in permanent control.
