While we are watching all the other distractions going in the country, the trail of Alex Jones civil lawsuit is in progress and this was worth watching
Although I do NOT agree with his practice or methods of saying that crap , I have a hard time understanding why the 1st Amendment isn’t valid here . Why haven’t Holocaust conspiracy advocates been sued by the J-e-w-ish families affected ?
That is a good point, however this is a civil case not a criminal so my guess they are allowed to sue based on the grounds of experiencing emotional trauma to what Alex had said. That being said the judicial system is a joke.
