What is the prediction? Bomb another ship? Bomb Iran? Bomb the USA and blame it on some patsy suffering from antidepressants? Hmm? 
The easiest thing for Israel to do is to harm the US military personnel already inside Israel, and blame it on Iranians or Palestinians.
Some decades ago, US servicemen were killed or injured in a Berlin disco, and Libya got the blame. Some thing for the downing of a Pan American plane over Scotland.
Israel can harm its own citizens too (Netanyahu doesn’t care about his fellow Joos) and blame it on the Moslems.
Israel has submarines, supplied by Germany unfortunately, from which Israel do all kinds of nasty things and blame them on some other party.
