"clear intent to engage in political persecution."

Trump to sue DOJ for $100M over Mar-a-Lago raid, alleging ‘political persecution’

Trump attorney says ‘unconstitutional’ raid should never have been approved by Garland, Wray.

After the raid, Special Counsel Jack Smith was appointed to investigate. Smith ultimately brought 37 felony counts against Trump, including willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements. Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts. The raid was over staged for political purposes.
The evidence of malicious prosecution is very clear, simply by the way the DOJ treated Biden and Hillary Clinton, compared to how they treated Trump. And Trump was cooperating with the FBI and archives on the documents he had. And where was the DOJ/FBI/archives when Obama, Bush, Clinton, and pretty much every other former president took documents that they deemed to be personal for their presidential library? They only took action against Trump. A two-tiered system of justice is no justice.

Weaponization of justice system is a bad sign.
A sign of a decaying country, which is run by the Dems and Neocons.
