The pawn store owner had a gun. I’d imagine (or hope) he knew the laws of his State. I hope he is exonerated but I doubt shooting someone outside of the property is going to fly in a court of law.
Meantime, the man’s life is up in smoke. Whatever he worked for will be eaten up in legal fees and possibly the rest of his life spent in prison.
It’s a shame that people like him, who pay taxes are not “protected and served” while the looters are given free reign.

The National Guard totally bitched out. They drew a line and the protesters blew right past it and then the National Guard retreated. No law enforcement anywhere for the night in Minneapolis. Should get ugly.
Yeah I posted about that earlier. They are under order, chain of command. The buck stops with the Governor on that issue. The Governor and the mayor are responsible for letting this happen. It’s political points and never letting a good crisis go to waste. As cliche as that latter part sounds it’s actually true in this case.
I believe the Minneapolis Riot, isnt an anti statist agenda, but an anti capitalist agenda. While we live in Mercantilism, there are Capitalist Businesses, Targets, Auto parts stores, the Restaurant where you get those delicious burgers at a good price. Those Bandits plundered and burned them. Tell me why they didnt burn the Capital, the Police Office. I want an answer, cause the riots barely attacked the police and destroyed Private Industries?
Yes, theyre easy, but they arent responsible, the police are. They barely raised a fuss at them and burned down Businesses. If I was there. Id buy a ton of guns and ammo, give it to my friends, then we raid the police and then government property. Heck, everyone chips in like a rioting fee and we do that.

Minneapolis keeps getting worse. The state is an evil thing and I got more proof. A businessowner was protecting himself from those bandits, trying to loot his store.
